Our Essential Saver Dental Plans are a new EPO (Exclusive Provider Organization) offering that provides access to high-quality dental care and coverage from Kaiser Permanente, along with the flexibility to get care from contracted dental providers in the Dental ChoiceTM network — all at an affordable price.
Essential Saver EPO plans are currently available for NW employers with 51 or more employees.
We offer two coverage levels to choose from, depending on your employees’ dental needs and budget.
Plus, both EPO plans can be administered on a voluntary basis, giving your employees the opportunity to enjoy a high-quality dental plan at no cost to you. Employees pay 100% of the premium through payroll deductions.
With Essential Saver Dental plans, members can choose to get dental care from 160 Kaiser Permanente providers at our 21 dental locations throughout Oregon and SW Washington, or from one of over 200,000 contracted dental providers at over 440,000 locations nationwide in the Dental ChoiceTM network.

Kaiser Permanente Essential Saver EPO members can receive 24/7 virtual dental care through Teledentistry.com at no additional cost.
Results from your provider search do not guarantee that a provider is a current participant in Kaiser Permanente’s EPO network. Before you schedule an appointment, we recommend you call the provider or Customer Service at 1-866-653-0338 to confirm that the provider is currently in our EPO network.

Participating providers have agreed to file claims for you. Services received from dentists who do not participate in our network are not covered except in the case of an emergency. If you receive emergency services from a dentist who does not participate in our network, you may need to file a claim yourself.
