We have 21 conveniently located Kaiser Permanente dental offices in Oregon and Southwest Washington, and you can choose to get care at any of them. Most of our dental offices are open Monday through Friday, with some also offering Saturday hours. Visit our locations page for locations and hours.
If you are a member on a Dental Choice PPO plan, you also may visit any participating provider. To find a participating dentist, visit kp.org/dental/nw/ppo. You may also call Dental Choice Customer Service toll free at 1-866-653-0338, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. PT.
To schedule an appointment at a Kaiser Permanente dental office, please call our Appointment Center at 1-800-813-2000 (TTY 711), 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday (closed major holidays).
To change or cancel an existing appointment, please call our Appointment Center at 1-800-813-2000 (TTY 711), 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday (closed major holidays). Please note: If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel prior to your appointment time, you may be charged a $25 cancellation fee by your provider.
New members can schedule their first dental appointment online at kp.org or through the Kaiser Permanente app.*
Additionally, scheduling tickets, initiated by your treatment plan and provider, allow you to make most dental appointments online at kp.org or through the Kaiser Permanente app.*
